What is muktak? How to write?

मुक्तक के हो ? कसरी लेख्ने ?

- भर्खर मुक्तक लेख्न प्रयास गर्नु हुने साथीहरुलाइ मुक्तक को बारेमा आधारभुत ज्ञान् होस भन्ने उदेश्य ले छोटकरिमा यो लेख प्रस्तुत गरेको छु । कृपया यसलाइ् मुक्तक लेख्ने आधारभुत ज्ञान को रुपमा लिनुहोला। अन्य कुनैपनी कला वा सीप हासिल गर्नको लागि जस्तै राम्रो र उत्कृष्ट मुक्तक लेख्नको निमित निरन्तर अध्यन , साधना र अभ्यास जरुरी हुन्छ ।। 
मुक्तक चार हरफको स्वतन्त्र र अर्थ दिने पद्यत्मक रचना हो ।मुक्तक मा पहिलो,दोस्रो र चौथो हरफ अनुप्रासयुक्त र तेस्रो हरफ स्वतन्त्र हुन्छ।हरफको पछिल्तिर हुने,उस्तै सुनिने शब्द अशंलाई अनुप्रास भनिन्छ।मुक्तक का चार हरफका आ-आफ्नै विशेषता छन् । 
* पहिलो हरफले बिषयको उठान गर्दछ।
* दोसो हरफले उठानलाइ थप समर्थन गर्दछ। 
यसरी पहिलो र दोस्रो हरफले मुक्तकको पृष्ठभुमि तयार पार्दछ।
* तेस्रो हरफ स्वतन्त्र हुन्छ । यो हरफले चौथो हरफमा झट्का हान्न उपयुक्त वातावरण तयार गर्दछ । वा चौथो हरफमा भन्न खोजेको कुरा को पृष्ठभुमि तेस्रो हरफमा तयार हुन्छ। 
* चौथो हरफ एकदम वजनदार , झट्का दिने खालको , हुनुपर्छ । अथवा भनौ मुक्तकको मुटु नै चौथो हरफ हो । मुक्तक पढ्दा सरर बहाब संगै पढ्न सकिने हुनुपर्छ ।

चार हरफको र अनुप्रास मिल्दैमा उक्त रचना मुक्तक हुन सक्दैन ।मुक्तकले भाव र गहिराइको माग राख्दछ । मुक्तकले एउटा बिषय मा बोलेको हुनुपर्दछ । मुक्तकका चार हरफ हरु एकआपसमा अन्तर सम्बन्धित हुन्छन । मुक्तक लेख्दा सकेसम्म कम भन्दा कम शब्द हरुको प्रयोग भएको राम्रो मानिन्छ । कुनै हरफ लामो ,कुनै हरफ छोटो भएको राम्रो मानिदैन ।सकेसम्म सबै हरफहरु एकै लम्बाइका होउन । (झट्ट हेर्दा आयातकार देखियोस )। सुरु सुरु मा मुक्तक लेख्न सिक्दा सकेसम्म २०/२२ अक्षर भन्दा कम अक्षरमा लेख्न सके राम्रो हुन्छ ।

माथी पढ्नु भएको नियम र तत्वहरुलाइ उदाहरण मार्फत थप प्रष्ट पार्न चाहन्छु ।।

उदाहरण १. (महेन्द्र खड्का)

कोहि सादा ,कोहि रंगिन अनेक थरि चित्र हुन्छन् (उठान)
जिन्दगिको यो यात्रामा धेरै थरी मित्र हुन्छन् (पहिलो हरफलाइ समर्थन ,पृष्ठभुमि तयार भयो)

कोहि जघार तार्न खोज्ने , कोहि रेटि मार्न खोज्ने ( स्वतन्त्र हरफ , मार हान्न ठिक्क परेको अबस्था)

कोहि आँखा बाहिर हुन्छन ,कोहि मुटु भित्र हुन्छन् । ( मार हान्ने हरफ)

यसरी एउटा मुक्तक तयार भयो ।

कोहि सादा ,कोहि रंगिन अनेक थरि चित्र हुन्छन् 
जिन्दगिको यो यात्रामा धेरै थरी मित्र हुन्छन,
कोहि जघार तार्न खोज्ने, कोहि रेटि मार्न खोज्ने
कोहि आँखा बाहिर हुन्छन ,कोहि मुटु भित्र हुन्छन् ।

माथिको मुक्तकको हरफ १,२ र ४ का पछिल्ला दुई शब्द अनुप्रास हुन। (चित्र हुन्छन् / मित्र हुन्छन् / भित्र हुन्छन् ) माथिको मुक्तकले ,साथी,मित्र हरु को प्रवृत्ति र स्वभावको बारेमा बोल्न खोजेको छ ।।

लोभ र पापको गुहार मात्र (उठान ,पृष्ठभुमि )
दौलतको लागि जुहार मात्र (पहिलो हरफलाइ समर्थन)
मन भित्र कालो-पापको जालो ( स्वतन्त्र हरफ, मार हान्न ठिक्क परेको अवस्था )
हसिलो मान्छेको मुहार मात्र ।। ( मार हान्ने हरफ , अथवा प्रभाव दिने हरफ) 
माथिको मुक्तकमा हरफ १,२ र ४ मा प्रयोग भएका अन्तिम दुई शब्दहरु (गुहार मात्र/ जुहार मात्र / मुहार मात्र ) अनुप्रास हुन। यो मुक्तकमा मानबिय स्वभाव को बिषयलाइ चित्रण गर्न खोजिएको छ।

लोभ र पापको गुहार मात्र 
दौलतको लागि जुहार मात्र
मन भित्र कालो -पापको जालो
हसिलो मान्छेको मुहार मात्र ।।

मलाई लाग्छ यो दुई वटा मुक्तकको उदाहरण ले सबै साथी हरु प्रष्ट हुनुभयो होला । यो मुक्तक लेख्न रहर गर्ने तर यसको नियम ,वा कसरी लेखिन्छ भनेर थाहा नहुनुभएका साथिहरुको निमित तयार पारिएको आधारभुत लेख मात्र हो ।

यस् डियर कल्याण मा post भएका केही मुक्तक हरु ।।

मुक्तक १ (Hee-Maa Bhusal)

निस्वार्थ माया मा काँहा मान्छे, टिक्छन आजभोली ।
कौडि कै भाउ मा पनी मान्छे,बिक्छन आजभोली ।
बनावटी सम्बन्ध परीपुर्ती गर्न कै निमीत्त पनी 
आफ्नै आमाको मुटुपनी मान्छे, झिक्छन आजभोली।

मुक्तक २ Rajju Bidari

घरमा गरे होला गाली ,केको माया लाउनु।
तिमी गोरे म काली,के कोमाया लाउनु।
तिम्रो जस्तो देखाउन ,अाउदैन माया मलाई ।
म सोझी तिमी जाली,के को माया लाउनु।

मुक्तक ३ (अञ्जली खड्का)

दोषीलाई सजाय पुरस्कार भयो भने
र बाँकी सज्जनलाई कारागार भयो भने
स्वीकार गर्ने नगर्ने जवाफ दिनुस् कोहि?
आफ्नै प्रेमिकाको बलात्कार भयो भने।

मुक्तक, चतुष्पदीय (चार हरफको), आफैँमा स्वतन्त्र र अर्थ दिने पद्यात्मक रचना हो | मुक्तकमा पहिलो, दोस्रो र चैाथो हरफ अनुप्रासयुक्त र तेस्रो हरफ स्वतन्त्र हुन्छ | हरफको पछिल्तिर हुने, उस्तै सुनिने शब्द/अंश लाई अनुप्रास भनिन्छ | मुक्तकका पहिलो हरफले बिषयको उठान गर्छ | दोश्रो हरफले उठानलाई थप समर्थन गर्छ | समग्रमा, सुरुका दुई हरफले पृष्ठभूमि (background) तयार पार्छ | तेस्रो हरफ स्वतन्त्र हुन्छ र यो हरफले चौथो हरफमा मार/झट्का हान्न उपयुक्त वातावरण तयार पार्छ | चौथो हरफ वजनदार र झट्का दिने खालको हुन्छ | मुक्तक पढ्दा सररर, बहाबसंगै पढ्न सकिने हुनुपर्छ |

मुक्तक लेख्दा सकेसम्म कम भन्दा कम शब्द प्रयोग हुनु राम्रो मानिन्छ | लेख्न सिक्दैगर्दा सकेसम्म प्रत्येक हरफमा २०/२२ भन्दा कम अक्षर भए राम्रो | कुनै हरफ लामो, कुनै छोटो पनि त्यति राम्रो मानिँदैन | सकेसम्म सबै हरफहरु एकै लम्बाइका होउन् , सिंगो मुक्तकलाई झट्ट हेर्दा चिटिक्क मिलेको आयतकार देखियोस् | (अभ्यस्त मुक्तकारहरूले धेरै स्वरवर्णको प्रयोग गरेर सजिलोसँग पढ्न मिल्नेगरी लामा हरफहरू पनि कोर्न सक्छन्, त्यतातिर अहिले नजाऔँ ।)

चार हरफको र अनुप्रास मिल्दैमा उक्त रचना मुक्तक हुन सक्दैन | मुक्तकले भाव र गहिराइको माग राख्दछ | एउटा मुक्तकले कुनै एक विषयमा बोलेको हुन्छ | मुक्तकका हरफहरु बीच एक-आपसमा अन्तरसम्बन्ध हुनुपर्छ |

माथि भर्खरै पढ्नुभएको नियम र  मुक्तक राम्रो बनाउने तत्वहरुलाई उदाहारणमा  हेरौं:-

मुक्तकः २ (कृष्णप्रसाद पराजुली, नेपाली मुक्तक विधाका प्रणेता, 'सय थुँगा फूल' बाट)

आऊ घावै घाउ भएको छाती कुल्चेर आऊ तिमी   (पृष्ठभूमि वा उठान)
